Description

MORTAR WELDING LIGHT CONSTRUCTION UNIBLOCK

TECHNICAL DATA SHEET (TDS) 4th edition February 2016

GENERAL FOR THE PRODUCT:

In modern construction, the research focuses on the use of low density, economical to produce, resistant during their life cycle components, insulation and / or soundproofing. The light concrete elements included in the category of modern materials and practices that meet the needs of modern architecture. The GLORIA A. PAMFILIS SA presents the structural mortar UNIBLOCK ideal for welding and assembly lightweight elements necessary for quick construction and completion of walls.

With UNIBLOCK we achieve:

 ● Strong bonding with strong adhesion.

 ● Avoid sedimentation or deviation of the element from the initial position.

 ● Normal drying and rapid development of mechanical strength.

 ● Life extends and maintains soundproofing and the insulating capacity of ALFABLOCK.

 ● moisture resistance.

 ● Low consumption due to the low density of the product.

The UNIBLOCK mortar conforms to the requirements of ELOT EN 998-2 and has acquired CE marking.

MANUAL:

material and substrate preparation:

Modern structural elements present fairly smooth surface, so all you need after the welding is filling and / or normalizing certain imperfections. But first they must be cleaned from deposited gravel, sand or excessive dust. After cleaning (washing) left to dry because if it is saturated with water (rather wet) adversely affected the adhesion and the drying time (drying).

Pulp making:

Mix UNIBLOCK with pure water in a container and homogenize by mixing with an electric mixer at low rpm for 1 to 2 minutes to form a paste which has no lumps, let the mixture after preparation to stand for 5 minutes. then stir it a few times and start your work.

A 25kilo sack of UNIBLOCK requires 7 to 7.3 liters of water.

Place:

The positioning and spreading of the slurry UNIBLOCK is either made by suitably sized trowel or trowel in a thin layer so as to maintain alignment of wall construction. You can make minor adjustments to the position of an element within 20 minutes of placing it.

Consumption:

For 1m2 of wall, you use 12-14 kg of dry mortar.
